Ordering Details

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the site and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart and follow the instructions.

PayPal Acceptance Mark

I accept credit/debit card payments through PayPal. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay by credit/debit card, when all the items you require are in your basket, click on 'Secure Checkout' then where is says 'If you do not currently have a PayPal account' click on the button. This will enable you to enter your card details in a secure server.

As stated, most of the cards are one-off designs. If ordering by post, please send me an email to info@jtcards.co.uk with both the card description and reference number and I will take if off the web site ready to send to you when your order arrives. If the card requested is no longer available, I will offer a suitable alternative with no obligation for you to accept it.

For payments by cheque and postal orders please download an order form, print it out and fill it in with your completed order. Please send completed order forms to Jean Taylor, jtcards, Park View, Great Oak, Eardisley, Herefordshire, HR3 6LX.

Postage & packing

Postage & Packing is a fixed price based on the total cost of your order:
£1.20 for orders up to £4.99
£3.50 for orders of £5.00 to £14.99
£5.50 for orders of £15.00 to £34.99
£6.50 for orders above £35.00
All postage is based on delivery to an address in the United Kingdom. Cards can be sent outside the UK, just ask first for a quote for postage and packing. Postage and packing charges are added to your order at the checkout. I try to keep these costs to a minimum but I use first class post and secure packaging to ensure your order reaches you in the condition it left me. Your order will be posted as soon as possible after I receive it, allowing an extra day if your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on a bank holiday.

Tax Charges

I am not currently registered for VAT and therefore do not charge VAT on any orders.

jtcards is committed to protecting your privacy; you can be assured your information is never disclosed to third parties. 'Cookies' are used by the shopping basket, to remember your shopping basket items, your delivery address and other details if you use the 'Remember me' option.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your goods please return them in their original condition within 14 days for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.
